The Pioneer™ 16R is a 19” rack mounted version of our popular Pioneer™ series of gas monitors.
This continuous monitoring controller is capable of handling up to 16 separate sensor inputs to detect gas levels from 1 to 16 remote locations. The 4 display screens on the front panel simultaneously displays the gas level for all active channels.
The Pioneer 16R includes three programmable alarm levels per channel, as well as audible and visual alarms which warn you of hazardous gas conditions. Versatile standardized plug-in cards allow a wide variety of inputs and outputs.

4-20 mA

Accepts any 4-20 mA transmitter (24 VDC, 2 or 3 wire, 250 mA max standard). A wide variety of RKI/Riken sensors are available with 4-20 mA signals (see List Of Detectable Gases).
Wiring distances up to 5,000 feet.

Zero Correction

Zero correction and stabilizing software effectively eliminates all reasonable sensor drift.
